Class Teachers

Class Teachers are assigned for better care taking and to volunteer each student in each class. Every academic year this system is implemented on rotation. This helps to identify weak student’s attendance status need for counseling sessions and other grievance if any.
The teacher – student intimacy helps to solve all problems to a great extent. If issues need to be brought to the notice of the parents they are called to do the needful.
However, most of our students are employees so; in themselves they are reasonably responsible enough to solve their personal and official problems. These students are in a constant struggle to balance their studies and their jobs and hence the role of class teacher is inevitable.
Ours being a night college and our student being from economically backward section of society and from socially backward area. The need for mentoring is continuous. Needless to say our class teacher role as mentor is far more complex and demanding than that of teacher, for he or she has to teach advice, support, prescribe, inspire, improvise, probe, listen, relate, classify and affirm.
Our class teacher / mentor work with empathy and act as role models to create better citizens of our students in the future.
