Objective	Providing the students with an opportunity to experience teaching by faculty of other colleges from different locations of the city. (New learning experience for students to learn from teachers from other colleges) To provide teachers with the opportunity to experience the student cohort and their interactions from colleges from different locations of the city. (New teaching experience for teachers to teach students from other colleges)

Date & Time of the Program	The FEP was organized for 5 days from 7th to 12th November, 2022 The MNDC teachers took the online class for MVM students in the morning Time: 8.00 a.m. to 8.50 a.m. The MVM teachers took the online class for MNDC students in the evening Time: 7.00 p.m. to 7.50 p.m.
Venue	Room No. 301 of Mahatma Night Degree College of Arts and Commerce. The Faculty Exchange Programme was an online programme where MVM college shared their Microsoft Teams link with MNDC teachers and the MNDC Teachers shared their Zoom link with the MVM teachers to conduct online sessions as per timetable.
No. of Participants	55 students from Mahatma Night Degree College of Arts and Commerce, Chembur, Mumbai and 5 teachers from M. V. Mandali College Andheri, Mumbai participated in the FEP.

Number of Beneficiaries	55 students from Mahatma Night Degree College of Arts and Commerce, Chembur, Mumbai and 5 teachers from M. V. Mandali College Andheri, Mumbai were the beneficiaries

Online lectures were conducted by both colleges to teach the student cohort of each-other’s colleges.

The FEP coordinators interacted and prepared the time table after consultation with subject teachers. The Faculty Exchange Timetable was prepared and shared among both colleges. Telephone numbers and email IDs of subject teachers were shared.

It was decided that each college should record the sessions taken, click photographs, take attendance and also prepare a feedback form for every session.

Day 1: 7th November, 2022

Asst. Prof. Manojkumar Shah conducted a Cost Accounting lecture from 7.00 p.m. to 7.50 p.m. on Zoom platform for the T.Y.B.Com. students of Mahatma Night Degree College, Chembur, Mumbai
Topic: Revision of important concepts in syllabus
Attendance: 52 students attended the lecture
T.Y.B.Com. students assembled in Room No. 301 with their mobile phones and headsets to attend the online session scheduled. The Zoom link created by Asst. Prof. Dr. Anaya Markandeya was shared with Asst. Prof. Manojkumar Shah at 6.00 p.m. on 7th November, 2022 and with the T.Y.B.Com. students of Mahatma Night Degree College of Arts and Commerce, Chembur at 6.50 p.m. The Faculty Exchange Programme Coordinator Assoc. Prof. Dr. Lata Krishnan welcomed the teacher Asst. Prof. Manojkumar Shah. The session was interactive and students were taught in English and Hindi. The session was lively and interesting.

Day 2: 9th November, 2022

Asst. Prof. Navin Mistry conducted a Financial Accounting and Auditing lecture from 7.00 p.m. to 7.50 p.m. on Zoom platform for the T.Y.B.Com. students of Mahatma Night Degree College, Chembur, Mumbai.
Topic: An overview of Financial Accounting and Auditing
Attendance: 43 students attended the lecture and 21 students filled the feedback form
T.Y.B.Com. students assembled in Room No. 301 with their mobile phones and headsets to attend the online session scheduled. The Faculty Exchange Programme Coordinator Assoc. Prof. Dr. Lata Krishnan welcomed the teacher Asst. Prof. Navin Mistry and flagged off the session. The session was interactive and students were taught in English and Hindi. The session was lively and interesting.

Asst. Prof. Pratiksha Poojari for Commerce V (MHRM) conducted a Commerce V (MHRM) lecture from 7.00 p.m. to 7.50 p.m. on Zoom platform for the T.Y.B.Com. students of Mahatma Night Degree College, Chembur, Mumbai.
Topic: How to prepare for the MHRM Semester V examination. Important questions, methods and approach.
Attendance: 50 students attended the lecture
T.Y.B.Com. students assembled in Room No. 301 with their mobile phones and headsets to attend the online session scheduled. The Faculty Exchange Programme Coordinator and MHRM teacher of Mahatma Night Degree College of Arts and Commerce, Chembur, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Lata Krishnan welcomed the teacher Asst. Prof. Shalini Kashyap and flagged off the session. The session was interactive and students were taught in English and Hindi. The session was lively and interesting. Several examples / illustrations were given during the lecture.
The session ended with the teacher asking for queries if any. Two questions were asked by the students which were addressed by. After the Q&A session Asst. Prof. Dr. Lata Krishnan thanked Asst. Prof. Pratiksha Poojari for her contribution to the Faculty Exchange Programme.
