IDY International Day of Yoga has brought all the nations together and together we have to build our immunity to fight this Covid-19 pandemic.
By using a power point presentation resource person Ms. Shilpa S Ghone explained the importance of Yoga and its impact on the mind, body and spirit of a human being. Yoga should be a way of life where we respect the mind body and spirit and are conscious of our breathing.
Ms. Shilpa S Ghone conducted a breathing exercise where she stressed on the importance of concentrating on the breath that goes in and comes out. She taught us to see the pause between breathing in and breathing out. Every one who had joined in the webinar participated in this breathing exercise. They realised how they could use their lungs to full capacity and bring in positive energy into the body. Something as simple as breathing correctly and consciously is a stress relieving exercise.
The webinar ended with a vote of thanks proposed by Ms. Parveen.
