- Leaving Certificate (Original & Xerox Copy)
- Xth Mark sheet (Xerox Copy)
- XIIth Mark sheet (2 – Xerox Copy)
- Aadhar Card (Xerox Copy)
- 2 – Photographs
Note:
- Students should keep sufficient photo copies of HSC Leaving Certificate before submitting the Original to the college office.
- Link for Online application of Pre-admission online Enrolment forms will be available from 1st June, 2018 on website: mum.digitaluniversity.ac at the college Computer Department from 10.00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m. on all working days.
